The real definition of individualism is a social pattern that consists of loosely linked individuals who view themselves as independentof collectives.

QUESTIONS
How can organizations effectively manage both risk taking and escalation of commitment in the decision-making behavior of employees? This two types of decision making are actually very similar in terms that both of them are not averse to risk, both like to have some uncertainty in there decisions and as you know, while higher the risk, higher the profit, so if you are a manager and you hire people like this, you will probably be the same way, because you won't like someone just the opposite of you in the same process. If you hire people without risk aversion, and with commitment of getting what was decided to, they are not going to be afraid of implementing new measures or decisions and no matter how risky it is, they are going to find a positive way of looking at it and working on its favor.
