QUESTION
Why is managing organizational behavior in changing times challenging?
I will give kind of a personal response, in the past times each country had different producers and different or separate market, and is known that the component of each product will be manufactured in the country made and will be exported to foreign markets. Things have been changing for example in terms of ethnic, racial discrimination and gender has been different and for example by being progress in cooperation between managers and workers becomes important to knew century. It depends deeply in culture of any nation.
